What browser storage does

Cookies are small values stored by a browser and sent with relevant requests. Local storage keeps information on the device without automatically sending it with every request. Coincident uses these technologies for functions described below. Clearing browser storage does not delete records held in your organization’s workspace.

Authentication

The client workspace uses Supabase authentication cookies to maintain and refresh a signed-in session. Their names and expiration depend on the configured Supabase project and session settings. These cookies are used for account access rather than advertising. Blocking or deleting them can interrupt your session or require you to sign in again.

Workspace preferences

Local storage remembers the organization selected for your account. Certain local preview features also save preview records in the browser. These records can persist until cleared by the application or your browser and may remain on a shared device after sign-out. Use browser site-data controls to remove them when appropriate.

Contact-form protection

When enabled, the contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare receives technical information needed for that check. The challenge token is verified by the server before an inquiry is accepted. Contact-form drafts stay in page memory and are lost when the page is refreshed or closed.

Advertising & measurement

The current application does not include an advertising pixel, session-replay tool, or optional analytics cookie integration. Hosting and security services may still process technical request records. This statement concerns the application as configured, not a claim that visiting a website creates no technical records.

The site does not currently change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. We will assess and implement any consent or opt-out controls required before introducing optional tracking or materially changing these uses.

Your controls

Use your browser’s privacy settings to inspect, block, or remove cookies and site data for coincident.org and platform.coincident.org. Settings may be separate for each browser, profile, and device. Clearing site data can remove preferences and affect access; it does not submit a server-side deletion request.

For questions about storage or deletion of personal information, contact contact@coincident.org and refer to the Privacy Policy.
